About the SCPL

The Southern California Pingolf League is a pingolf style pinball league that runs annually at the Captain’s Arcade Showroom in Anaheim, California. A season consists of three nine hole rounds over three separate meeting/qualifying dates followed by playoffs for top qualifiers and a consolation tournament for those that fail to qualify. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing Covid outbreak, the 2020 season (season 5) has been cancelled. For those who registered, an email has been sent with information on how to request a refund. If you believe you’re due a refund and have not received an email, please contact us using the form on the site and we’ll get back to you asap.

League Format

The league standings will be based on a player’s combined scores from their 2 best meetings. A player may drop their highest scoring meeting (of 3) from their total. This can be either a 90 (meeting skipped, scored 10 for all unplayed holes) or the actual score if the 3rd meeting was played. A player must only attend 1 meeting to be eligible for finals and IFPA submission.

For more information about the SPCL, pingolf scoring, tiebreakers, playoff format or the rules in general, please see the League Rules page or feel free to contact us directly.
